Auto Loans
Whether you are looking for a new or used auto, CEICU offers
financing that will help you get your dream car for less. Its easy
to apply; you can either apply at our office or download an
application online and send (mail, fax or email) it to us.
Here is what we will need from you:
Application completed in full
Two most recent paystubs
$5 loan fee per applicant
o If you have sufficient funds in your account, we will
deduct loan fee from your account. If your balance is less than $30
(which is the minimum requirement to maintain an open account) you
will have to enclose $5 (per applicant) to begin the loan process.
We will attempt to have an answer for you within 48 hours of receipt
of the applications in our office.

Personal Loans
A Personal Loan is an unsecured loan that can be used for several
different purposes such as home improvements, vacations, auto
repairs, buying furniture, debt consolidation, and more. Whatever
your unique need is, a Personal Loan from CEICU can help. Applying
for a personal loan online is easy; you can either apply at our
office or download an application online and send (mail, fax or
email) it to us.
Competitive, fixed interest rate
Based solely on your credit worthiness and does not require
collateral (like a car or home)
First time borrowers maximum amount up to $2,500 and up to
$5,000 with established CEICU credit.

Home Equity Loans
Home Equity Loan is a type of loan that lets you borrow money
against your primary residence. The residence may be single family
or comprised of up to four rental units (i.e. four flat), as long as
it is your primary residence. Homeowners often use a home-equity
loan for home improvements, debt consolidation, to finance their
childs college education, to pay for a wedding, and more.
Home Equity Loans are based on a maximum of 80% Loan to Value. For
example: If your property appraises at $200,000, 80% of that amount
is $160,000. If your First Mortgage has an unpaid balance of
$120,000, that amount is deducted from $160,000 and you would have a
lendable equity of $40,000.
If you presently have a Home Equity Line of credit open, or have
another Home Equity Loan, these loans would need to be paid off at
closing. The Chicagoland Electrical Industry CU will not take third
position on title.

Minimum loan amount is $15,000 and maximum $50,000

Shared Secured Loan
Shared secured loan is a type of loan that allows you to borrow
against the funds in your Share Account. Funds on deposit are used
as collateral for this loan. The amount pledged in your Share
Account is reduced dollar for dollar as the loan balance decreases.
